Costs:
- Please note that programs are invoiced via your NDIS plan. NDIS hourly fees apply.
- Minimal out-of-pocket costs for external activities entrance fees.
- Centre-based activities have no out-of-pocket costs.
- Additional travel charges are at the NDIS price guide rate. Transport costs are divided between participants at $1 per kilometre.

What you need to know
Location: Pick Up/Drop Off

All activities: 9am drop off and 3pm pick up.
Pick up and Drop off Service
We have a pick up and drop off service for those living in the Wyndham region. Please indicate on the booking form if you require this service. You can also contact us at programs@felicitycare.com.au if you would like more information.
Refunds
If you cancel your booking, we are not obligated to provide a refund. Refunds are based on our ability to fill your booking and/or receive a refund for prebooked activities.
Changes to the program
If we have to change a scheduled event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will advise you as soon as possible regarding substitute activities.

Lunch and Snacks
Please bring lunch, all snacks, and a drink bottle. Food is not provided in the program. Water is available to fill up water bottles.
Venue
Felicity Holistic Care School Holiday Program centre-based activities are held at 18 Manly St, Werribee.
This location is also the drop off and pick up point for all activities.
